Nurse can't blink through railing thing on Mother's Dwelling

Platform: PC - Epic Games
Description: I was playing as Nurse against bots. I loaded into the Mother's Dwelling. Chased and downed Jill, then I went to chase Nicolas Cage, he out of the main building, around the stairs, and towards the middle of the map. I attempted to blink after him, while looking through the railing thingy at the bottom of the stairs, yet went nowhere. Pls fix.
Steps to reproduce the bug: Look at railing thing, charge blink, release blink.
How often does it occur: As far as I could tell, every time I tried to blink through it.
I play on high sensitivity, for those who get motion sick.
