Myers Suggestion

I know he's not really up for being changed soon but thought I'd throw an idea out for whenever you get there.


  • Make it so he can only "trigger" his tier 3 on someone he has stalked sufficiently to earn the tier 3 value. He still gets the full duration like now, but he can no longer 99 stalk off one person and then turn around and instant down a completely different person who has not even encountered him till that moment.
  • Remove tombstone addons
  • Tombstone is now basekit, but can only be used on a player you have fully drained of all stalk.


These changes remove the most frustrating parts of facing Myers (someone else feeding him stalk and then you get instant downed/tombstoned without any real interaction). While not only maintaining what makes him "scary" (The not knowing if you are about to be instant downed/tombstoned), but now unfairly punishing aware survivors for the actions of their unaware team mates.


I'm sure there are other changes in consideration, but if his stalk mechanic and tier 3 dynamic remain similar to the way they are currently these changes would allow the core gameplay of stalking survivors and downing them when they least expect it, while giving him changes that are more enjoyable to face as survivor.
