‘Babysitter’ perk needs a buff: anti-tunnel idea

Hello everyone,

Today I was using Steve's 'Babysitter' perk because I realized that it could be useful to avoid tunneling, but I also realized that it is too weak to be completely useful, so weak that the perk seems useless.

This is the current effect of the perk:

“When you unhook a Survivor, they won't leave scratch marks or pools of blood, and they gain a 7% Haste status effect for 8 seconds.

You see the Killer's aura for 8 seconds.”

The effects seem good to me, but not good enough for the state the game is in today. (Yes, Killers tunneling in every match).

Apart from these effects, I would add that the unhooked survivor would not make grunts of pain at all (like 100% Iron Will). I would also add more time to the effect, as 8 seconds is too little. I am fine with 15 to 20 seconds so that the survivor has time to go to a safe place. Another extra effect (idk if this is too much now), but giving a Distortion effect to the unhooked survivor would be cool as well.

I would like to see a change in this perk, I feel it would help the tunneling problem and also survivors who love altruism.

I like that before it had an effect where for 8 seconds you and the killer would see each others aura taking away the killers attention from the rescued survivor to the rescuer it was very week and many times it didn't had any functional effect other then tellin the killer that you were healing the just rescued survivor

I think that they could re-introduce the idea of avoiding the killer from tunneling by making yourself vulnerable

Another Idea is this other game called Identity V wich is a similar game to DBD where one of the survivor called "First officer" has the abbility to make the rescued survivor change its skin to the skin of the rescuer that way the killer doesn't know if he is tunneling the injured survivor or the healthy one since they look the same
