PS5 - Garden Of Joy Unhook bug

I was playing on Garden of Joy, went to unhook my teammate, and the prompt refused to come up.

I don't see any perks in play that could possibly be interfering with unhooking, so I believe this issue may be solely isolated to this hook specifically.
