there is a random perk bug and core memory bug

random perk bug its not happening everybody but its happens so many of the players like me idk why but the thing is ITS NOT RANDOMAZING MY PERKS i tryed every thing to fix it but non of it works (THIS BUG EXIST FOR A LONG TIME BTW)

BIG UPDATE : NOW RANDOM PERK MISSIONS (both sides) MAKING MY GAME CRASH!!!
