I logged in today to find the "Fire Moon Engineer" skin marked as purchased and equipable.
I never purchased it, nor was any of my Auric Cells removed, so I know I did not accidentally purchase it.

Same here. I seem to own the outfit, despite having never purchased it. I'm not complaining, but something definitely went glitchy.
