Plot twist does not work. When I'm down, the perk remains grayed out as well as when the last gen comes on. Tested on Alan Wake, Yui, David.

When you have a moment, can you provide some more information for this report?
- For clarification, when you say "when I'm down"; do you mean you are in the Dying position (on the ground)?
- Did you activate Plot Twist that caused you to be down (remember you have to crouch while injured to activate the perk), but it was still greyed out and not progressing?
- What platform are you playing on?
- If you are able to recall, what Map(s) was this experienced on?
