PC - Generator & Chest spawning in same spot on Hawkins

Descrption: During a match on Hawkins last night I encountered a generator and chest that spawned in the same location in one of the small rooms. Neither object could be interacted with from any angle.
Presumably the culprit lies in the map generation logic rather than any action undertaken during the match so I have no specfic repro steps beyond playing a match in Hawkins.

Character played: Meg (versus Hillbilly)
Perks: Lithe, Windows, Off the Record, Deja Vu
Frequency: Only encountered it once (only played Hawkins once since the last update), but I haven't sought to repeatedly test it
