When a Gen completes and a memory shard pops out, the shard is literally stuck on the ground with no way to get it.
Happend to me on 4 different shards on Michael Myers map.
I also have a video of it which I cannot add here.
Step one: Activate challenge in rift
Step two: play game
Step three: finish Gen
Step four: run over to where you see memory shard. Notice it's stuck in the ground.
Step five: wish you could profit.
