An addition to the Survivor Tutorial: Healing

Let new players know in a scenario that they can both heal other Survivors AND also be healed by them.
I just had a game with someone brand new that practically killed himself by refusing stay still even a moment to get healed, afterwards revealing in the chat that he didn't know about that ability.

The problem I find with people is that they don't realize you can't heal them if they have space bar held down.
I DO think the tutorial should have "Item use".
