Nemesis is due for a tune-up


The lad's been basically untouched for a while by the devs, and since this is the 25th anniversary of the 1999 Resident evil 3, now'd be a fitting time to get the lad into the spotlight. Maybe adjust some add-ons to alter the distance or width of the whip strike, make the combat manual give zombies the ability to cause hemorrhage or something if a person loses a health state to them, buff the slowdown duration from licker tounge or even make it cause a the tendril contamination hit to take off a health state as well. With the recent knight bug that got fixed, maybe the devs can give nemesis an add-on to spawn a third zombie now without issues. Maybe adjust the contamination effect to also make zombies detect a contaminated survivor from farther away. I'm sure there's a lot that can be done

    Removing the speedboost when getting infected would be very nice. Both from tentacle and zombie hits. It would actually disincetivize tunneling as it wouldn't be as punishing to swap targets, and doesn't change how effective he is at chasing already infected survivors.

    That and addon changes.

    While I agree that Nemesis needs to get some stuff, I feel like there are multiple other killers who need it more such as: Freddy, Myers, Twins, (Current) Sadako, and Deathslinger.

    To be honest, while I'd much rather Nemesis get a full rework (giving him a new power) I doubt that the devs are gonna do that. The only thing I can think of for Nemesis right now is new addons, fix zombie ai, and maybe reduce/remove the speed boost from getting contaminated.
