PC - Reassurance is not working twice with same survivor

The Reassurance perk is not functioning when it has been previously used on the same survivor. In other words, the survivor was hooked, Reassurance was activated, this survivor was unhooked, the Killer hooked the same survivor again, and then the perk does not work.

    This has happened to me too, today! I reassured a person, they got unhooked soon after, and then they got hooked again a bit later, and I could not reassure them again.
