Best Hit N Run Killer ?

I am someone who really does not enjoy chasing. I just want to play for fun and relax. I really does not mind if i don't kill anyone, i just dont wanna chase.
Can someone suggest me killers that are good for Hit n run playstyle ?
I only know Onryo, but is there other killers that fit very well with Hit N Run and also some perk idea and why ?

I think the one killer known for the hit and run playstyle is mostly the wraith
and the one perk that’s always on hit n run builds is sloppy butcher
