(Blight) Compound 33 + Adrenaline Vial allows 4 rushes

The new Compound 33 states that you can't rush more than 2 times. This works correctly with Iridescent Blight Tag and caps the rushes at 2 (and doesn't allow unlimited rushes), thus implying it's a hard cap of 2 rushes (and not just decreasing the rushes by 3).
But if you use Adrenaline Vial with C33, then you actually can rush 4 times. Given the way the addon is worded and using the logic from the previous addon combo, you should still only be getting 2 rushes in this case.

I tested this again on 7.5.2 and it seems to have been fixed, C33 + Adrenaline Vial only gives 2 rushes now which is correct.
