Champion of Light working with non-flashlight blinds again

Champion of Light's Hindered effect is only supposed to work with flashlight blinds, this was bugged in the PTB and was fixed in the 7.5.0 release:
However, after the 7.5.1 update today it's back to working with flashbangs and blast mines again (or at the very least it is causing the perk to go on cooldown, I only got to see this from the survivor POV); I had a killer kick my blast mine gen and also blinded a killer with a flashbang and the perk went on cooldown in both cases, it shouldn't have activated at all from these.
