Knight should not be able to place guards in front of hooked survivors

ESPECIALLY since his guards are bugging out and don't move At all when placed next to a hook.

Like how is that fair as a survivor to either go down or let your teammate die when the killer is busy chasing someone else like gens I understand that's your whole objective is to guard (pun intended) gens and kill survivors but putting guards near hooked survivors is literally camping

Just touch the hooked survivor it immediately despawns the guard

A hook state is 60 seconds if I'm not mistaken. I just started playing Knight today and there's no way his guards last nearly that long. In addition, his power has to go through cool down before sending another guard.

You just need to touch the hooked survivor, that will despawn the guard.

This thread made me chuckle. OP was so confident this was an actual issue.

As much as everyone is pointing out to unhook the survivor, this is not obvious to new players and can seem incredibly unfair as it's not explained anywhere. It wouldn't hurt to revamp this aspect of Knight so that the counterplay is more understandable from a glance.

The game is survivor sided, just tap the survivor and the guards go away. Knights weak

Fair enough, the best you can do is just know what do when you have to save someone with a guard at the hook. It might feel bad if others don't know what you do but thats just life we all know and learn different things. You can try telling them in the post match chat then it might help give some peace of mind but you can't really do much more.
