Only 1 green glyph per map

I am trying to do the green glyphs. Previously several green glyphs would spawn per map. It says that they spawn after each hook and generator. However, this is no longer happening, and there is only one per map, no matter how many hooks or generators are completed.
I'm not sure why there would previously be several per map, but now there is only one.
