Unable to switch back to Charlotte from Victor (PC)

I was playing a Twins match during the new "Lights Out" Gamemode, and encountered this bug.
Step 1: Play Twins
Step 2: Switch to Victor
Step 3: Attach Victor to a survivor
This is the first & only time I have encountered this bug, but I considered it to be quite game-breaking.
