Speedy Breaks Killer Tome Challenge Bugged

Hi,
I noticed the speedy breaks challenged is bugged and will not give progress. Tested with different perks multiple times while Undetectable, and the challenge will not complete. I have unselected and reselected both this killer challenge, + the survivor challenge I had selected and it still will not progress.
