SADAKO TURNED OFF TV TELEPORTING

Xbox one - Second game I played against the onryō / Sadako and she was able to teleport to me with a TV turned off, it was just turned off so I don't understand how or why she was able to teleport through that TV since it was off for not even a couple seconds, I've played the killer many times knowing you can't teleport to turned off tvs, clearly this has to be a bug or something else, if it is please fix

Thank you for taking the time to make your report. It is possible latency may have played a part, and meant the Onryo was in the process of teleporting to the TV as it was being turned off. However, if you have a moment, please let us know the map you were playing on, and if you are able to recall any of the Onryo's perks/add-on in the match. Thank you.
