Bloodlust/chase bug

There is a bug where chase music doesn't start and you can't gain bloodlust at all, I'm playing from PC, it happens once every 10 games... quite annoying, I've seen some other people have reported this issue but nothing has been done because it's still happening, I don't think it's related to perks or killers.

    I actually realised the cause of this, it's the gliph challenges... once I got the gliph it wasn't bugged anymore, or is this supposed to be a thing ?
