I play on PC, Specifically the Steam version
The issue with Singularity is that since the FOV slider has been added, slipstream is nearly impossible to inflict. I thought it wouldn't inflict at all but i played a match where i tested it in every way with both 103 and 87 degrees of FOV.
turns out that it is still possible but the survivors cannot be in the small circle of the Biopod. It is extremely hard and unpredictable which makes the killer impossible to play currently.
I have some Video Footage. It is around 2GB, i tested it a whole match long if anyone is interested in seeing it.
