Dredge teleport bug

I'm a PC player and I was playing The Dredge on Dead Dawg Saloon, and every time I would charge my teleport and attempt to go to a locker, instead of me coming out of the locker I would just return to the spot I charged my power. I would still be awarded teleport event bloodpoints though, and would get killers instinct at the locker I tried to teleport to if I tried to in Nightfall. I was running Septic Touch, Darkness Revealed, Hex: No One Escapes Death and Hex: Devour Hope. This is the second time I have ran into this issue, the first being in the Lights Out event but I figured that might have been intentional given the other special rules the game mode had.
