PC - unable to pickup survivors that are downed in one of the hawkings "mario tubes"

Step 1 : Chase Meg
Step 2 : Injure her and follow her through one of the tubes
Step 3 : Whilst falling smack her to the ground inside the tube, with her body half clipping through said tube
Step 4 : No matter what angle I could not pick her up so left her there
