I am experiencing server crashes in 5-10% of my games over the last month or so. I'm not sure when exactly this started happening, but it was around the release of Alan Wake. These are instances where every player in the trial disconnects simultaneously. It has actually happened two trials in a row this morning. I suspect it's some sort of resource exhaustion on the server end because it happens midway-end of trial.
