PC- Mikaela New 'Bright Emblem' Hairstyle Neon in Darkness

Step 1: Boot the Game
Step 2: Play as Mikaela with 'Bright Emblem' Hairstyle on any map with darkness. In this image, the map is Garden of Joy.
Step 3: Go to darkness. Mikaela's hair is still bright neon and not shaded by the darkness at all.
I am not sure if this is intended, but it doesn't look intentional to me, it seems oddly bright within its surroundings.
Character Played: Mikaela
Perks: Doesn't seem connected, but in this image I was using Iron Will, Diversion, Urban Evasion, and Distortion
Map: Garden of Joy
Frequency: Always in darkness
