Fix fonts on killer lobby and scoreboard

Thanks, BHVR, for making the lobby names bigger and easier to read, that helped more than you may have realized. Now, if you could add a little more vertical separation of the names on the killer screen, that would help ease the overlaying that is now an issue. And would it be possible to increase the font size on the scoreboard, by perhaps 5%, and right justify the player name or add a // or other symbol separator between them? Plus make the player names white to be easier to read? This is more a console issue than PC since the latter can easily lean forward in their chair to see better.  (Not so easy from a recliner or laying back in bed, lol) I hope these are easy changes that would make the console experience a bit more pleasant.
