S-tier killer balance proposal
Nurse, Spirit and Blight are generally said to be the three killers far and away above most other killers in terms of lethality in the hands of a good player. I'm sure if you look at your stats you can also see that these killers have the highest killrates that are being achieved, and the most players boasting ridiculously high killrates.
Among other possible, specific balance adjustments for them, I think one change would already benefit the situation a lot:
Stuns should drain these killers' power bars/tokens, with the recharge only starting once the stun animation has played out.
Getting pallet stuns on these killers is not easy or reliable and comes at a risk of being hit, and part of the reason why they are so problematic precisely is their propensity to not have to deal with pallets in the way most of all other killers do, even after they are dropped. Getting a stun on them should be much more rewarding than it is currently, which this change would achieve.
This should also include stuns incurred by Decisive Strike and Head On. DS is particularly weak against these three killers because they can regularly catch up and down the survivor again within a handful of seconds. Draining their powers would alleviate the issue that these killers, already being the strongest, don't have to be afraid of tunnelling through DS. And Head On is one of the weaker Exhaustion perks to begin with, this would be a nice collateral buff.
Also make it so Nurse can be stunned during fatigue. No reason for that not to be a thing.
