PC - Infinite Legion Power when Stunned

Step 1: Add the "Julie's Mix Tape" add-on to the loadout
Step 2: Play as The Legion in a public match
Step 3: Activate Feral Frenzy
Step 4: Get stunned by a pallet while in Feral Frenzy
Step 5?: I don't know if it's part of the bug, but on the match I played, I got blinded by a flashlight after being stunned
Step 6: Immediately activate Feral Frenzy again, while being stunned
Step 7: Now you can't down any survivor, because the game thinks you're still using your power
