(Xbox Series S) Lost access to Yui and Felix

I was playing DBD earlier today and everything was normal, had all the characters I own (the only one I’m missing is Detective Tapp), and when I get off for a few hours, come back, I have lost access to play both Yui and Felix! Yui being one of the handful of survivors I play!
When I hover over their name, it says that I can buy them from something called “Heritage Chapter Pack 3”, I don’t know if this is a sudden bug or issue, but it feels kinda crappy to be locked out of one of my mains suddenly, I even still have access to the killers from their respective chapters! And when I look into the store, their chapters are missing from the store!
