Oni lobby animation issues

Description of issue:
During Oni's lobby animations, his arms seem to snap unnaturally, causing breaks and clipping.
This is most noticable on the new "Samurai Eddie" skin, however it's still applicable to other Oni outfits.
Steps to reproduce: Let the animation play out on the lobby screen with Oni selected. Specifically the animation where he doesn't enter Blood Fury.
How often does this occur: Every time the animation plays out.
