On PS4 perk plot twist doesn't work after generators are powered, even if i haven't recovered by myself in the whole match. It states that it should re-activate when gates are powered, but it just doesn't work completely.
Perks ran when bug occurs:
Adrenaline, Płot Twist, Hope, No One Left Behind
Note: Adrenaline wasn't causing me to get up from dying state, but only healed me from injured state
