Haste and Hindered VFX

I've seen a lot of people frustrated at the lack of information when it comes to whether a killer or survivor is using a haste perk. I feel there's a really simple solution to this; by showing a killer or survivor has haste, through something like reusing the blighted serum VFX, it could remove a lot of that frustration I've mentioned before. If a killer injures, then vaults and has the haste effect? Unbound. A killer hits a survivor with an m1, and gets the vfx? Rapid Brutality.

Additionally, this being extended to hindered effects would be nice, since killers could know when a perk like forced hesitation procced, and on what survivor. There aren't many hindered perks, but it would future proof some of the frustration based on that too.

I personally like haste perks, since I've always liked just stacking them and going wild with no game delay, but i understand a lot of the negative outlook on them. I feel this could help mitigate that.

    I like that idea, but I rather wish bHVR to make running animations for all Killers/ survivors to show them running faster.

    Bottom-line is players deserve to see that the speed changes of the characters, be it FX or new animations.
