Black/White Wards do not always work

Sometimes items/addons are lost even when Black/White Wards are used. No, I did not disconnect out of the game with a following ban timer. I played a few games with Artist and protected my last Severed Hands and then after one game it is just gone while I still have Wards left. Only thing different this time is I stayed in post-game lobby until it timed out. Same thing I noticed on survivor but I do not remember if I stayed in post-game lobby. Definitely lost a few items on survivor without post-game lobby timeout though.
1
