Hag's Scarred Hand Add-On can push surv on top of pallets and potential hostage situation

Hag can put traps in front of pallets with Scarred Hand Add-on, and if a surv vaults into them, it'll push them on top of pallet if there are environmental collisions around it. Once pushed to top of a pallet, surv is semi-locked out of game (can't move, can't be hit with M1), unless killer kicks pallet.
This Hag was nice enough to kick and free me, but this bug can easily be exploited to hold a surv hostage atop a pallet for the entire trial.
I was running Lithe at the time (not sure if Lithe also had something to do with it)
