Unable to heal downed survivor?

I was just in a game against Chucky and unable to heal a downed Billy. Never seen that before. What was the reason?

    Ask him if he held down the Shift key.

    very likely that the survivor held the shift/sprint button down, that way they can’t get healed when injured/downed.

    Since it was a billy, they possibly had Unbreakable and wanted to get up himself?!or just wanted to ‚quit‘/troll you for whatever reason..
