Myers/Pig/Sadako feedback regarding Mori design

in this post, I would like answer what I think a healthy mori design killer should have in their kit. My checklist includes 3 major components.

A mori to feel earned when playing the killer. The mori should also simultaneously feel fair for survivor to vs.

1. The killer should have a method to improve the effectiveness of the mori.

2. The survivor should have the ability to reduce the effectiveness of acquiring the mori.

3. The mori acquired by the killer should be faster then default win conditions of hooking survivors 3 times.

With these 3 points in mind, I would like to give a summary of how I would approach reworking Myer's Mori, Pig Reverse bear traps and Sadako Mori.

Myers:

Myers no longer has 3 evil within tiers. Instead Myer's Evil within and Evil within ultimate. Evil within grants default bonuses for being Myer's.

The default Myer's gains following default bonuses:

-> Instant down basic attack

-> 15% faster vaulting.

-> 20% increased pallet breaking

Evil within ultimate will gain an ultimate bonus that defines Myer's as a character. This bonus may be modified through add-on's. The default bonus is following:

-> Allows Michael Myer's to grab a survivor and kill the survivor by his own hand.

In order to acquire Evil within ultimate, Myer's must stalk survivors acquire Evil within Ultimate. Myer's gain stalk at 1/2 speed when stalking a non-obesssion survivor. When stalking an obesssion survivor, he gains stalk at 1.1 the rate towards his stalk meter. For every 1/4(sample value) filled, the obesssion is automatically switched.

To analyze how this new design fulfills each goal.

1. The killer has a method to increase the effectiveness of the mori(Stalk the Obesssion).

2. The survivor has a method to reduce the effectiveness of the mori(Stealth, Avoid being spotted as Obesssion, Using Line of sight to vague delay the stalking)

3. Stalking should be faster then hooking if balanced correctly.

Myer's add-on design:

Scratch Mirror:

Evil within Ultimate bonus is changed to the following effect:

Gain Undetectable status effect.

Gain the ability to read the aura of all survivors within a 32 meter radius.

Reduces movement speed by 5%. -- This negative may not be required because of the difficult of gaining the ability.

Vanity Mirror:

Evil within Ultimate bonus is changed to the following effect:

Gain 5% haste status effect.

Gain a 50% increase to lunge distance.

Other add-on would focus on improving base evil within such as improving default bonuses like increasing vault speed to 35%, Faster pallet break or adding bonuses such as -50% stun reducation.

========================

Pig:

Pig reverse bear no longer trigger under generator completion. The trigger for reverse bear traps comes from injuries done by basic attack or ambush attack. When a reverse bear trap is active, a survivor must go to one of the 7 jigsaw boxes to disarm the trap. The jigsaw box will randomly select a skill-check type. There are classic skill-checks snd Merciless storm skill-check.

When pig hits a survivor, All survivors except the survivor hit gain following additive negative:

-> Skill-checks are +20% faster rotating speed at jigsaw boxes.

Successfully completing a jigsaw box will disarm the reverse bear trap temporally until re-activated. Trap timers are 90 seconds and each box takes 8 seconds to complete. Failing a skill-check resets the box. You retain progress of # of seconds for trap to disarm. You need to successfully finish 1 search to disarm the trap.

To analyze how this new design fulfills each goal.

1. The killer has a method to increase the effectiveness of the mori by repeatively hitting survivors to make skill-checks harder until survivor is no longer able to complete the jigssw box experiement.

2. The survivor has a method to reduce the effectiveness of the mori[Perform well in chase, Be good at skill-checks until no longer possible]

3. The reverse bear traps do require a survivor to be put into the dying state but once all 4 traps have been placed, Pig would simultaneously applying pressure to 4 survivors leading to swift mori in just few hits.

Pig add-on would be similar effects but some add-on would need to be reworked such as +1 reverse bear trap add-on with other pig add-on's requiring number tuning.

===========================================================================

Sadako:

Sadako should be reverted because Sadako in original V2 fulfilled each goal.

1. The killer had a method to increase the effectiveness of the mori by breaking tapes from survivors hand.

2. The survivor had a method to reduce the effectiveness of the mori by holding a tape to prevent passive condemn gain from telephoning. Being successful at the chase was rewarding as survivor as holding the tape would be easier.

3. The mori was quick and efficient way to gain kills.

The condemn could been revised to be slightly less effective while improving base-kit flicker invisibility.

Closing statement:

I would have liked to included Pyramid head in this list killers to get a rework on his mori however I was unable to come up with logical rework for his mori to function.
