PC can't be unhooked while on "second stage"

There seems to be a bug where if you unhook yourself last second while also reaching hookstage 2 you unhook yourself on second stage but also can't be unhooked since you're supposed to die but don't
to recreate this i assume you need pixel perfect timing with unhooking and it doesn't seem to occur that often but still really annoying to not get unhooked when you should.
