4% unhook, luck system rework suggestion

In my opinion, attempts to self-unhook should be given as an opportunity, and not as an option. I explain:

Now, when a survivor is hooked, he has by default 3 attempts to unhook at the cost of his health. This hurts the games, more than it helps. The survivor should not be able to have those 3 luck rolls to disengage by default.

Luck rolls to self-unhook should only be awarded for perks, luck offerings, or when the camp bar is full, and it should not be harmful to the survivor.

This would prevent certain survivors from ruining a match by trying to self-unhook. You remove a totally random and unfair situations, and gives luck rolls a safer and more strategic utility.

Obviously Slippery meat, Up the ante and luck offerings should be little changed.

Slippery meat:

  • Grants 1/2/3 additional Self-Unhook attempts (with 8% chance by default).

Up the ante:

  • Grant an additional Self-Unhook attempt
  • Your Self-unhook attempts have 8/12/16% extra chance to success (8% default +16% = 24% chance)

*Note: Slippery + Up the ante = 4 attempts with 24% chance.

Offerings something like "Grants 1/2/3 attempts to self-unhook with 8% chance by default" or "Grant an attempt to self unhook with 8/12/16% extra chance". The numbers will depend on the quality of the offering.

*Note: No more luck offerings to buff others

Luck rolls to unhook can be used until all attempts are spent regardless of the survivor's hook phase.
