Network connection error when opening dead by daylight on epic games platform

I have been experiencing an issue where when i open dead by daylight on epic games it shows a no network connection error and i have tried restarting the game and my wifi but nothing seems to work, so i was wondering if i could get any help with this. I will also provide a screenshot.
