Plot Twist Inconsistency

Platform: PC

Description: When crouching and pressing the Plot Twist button, there is a chance that you will simply uncrouch and you'll need to press it again. There have been countless moments where I am hit before being able to activate Plot Twist due to it not working despite me pressing the button several times.

Step 1: Get Injured

Step 2: Crouch

Step 3: Activate Plot Twist

Instead of falling to the ground, there is a chance that you will briefly stand up before crouching again.

This occurs in about 90% of my matches, so it's very common.
