Losing blood points and level progression

Xbox - leveled up a character and quit for the day and came back next day and all of the blood points I spent gone but the character is back to the level I was before spending blood points, I thought it was nothing at first but now it has happened twice in a row once with a killer and now with survivors and I don't get the bloodpoints I spent back, its gone but the level is reverted back to the original level before spending. Not very happy about this bug... please fix this
