Nintendo Switch - Can‘t see any skillchecks or how many gens are left

This problem has occured a few times the past few days and it is not specific to any killer or survivor. Basically i start into the match as survivor and cant see how many gens are left nor can i see any skillchecks, making it impossible to do gens or to heal. I do get the sound notification however. Dont know what causes the issue
doesnt happen super often but it has happened like 4 times in the past two weeks, i play every day
