Gabriel Soma Fire Moon Engineer bug

I purchase the fire moon engineer skin for Gabriel Soma some time ago. Today I login into the game and it is in my in game store next to his new skin- Disrupted Roots. I clicked on it and it's unpurchased. I don't know what happened but I didn't have it.
