Awkward rift challenge descriptions (redundant)

At the moment, there are several missions that require a specific objective to be completed only once, but state in the challenge description that you have to complete them in a single trial - which is redundant because you couldn't complete them any other way.
Ones that I have found:
Tome 18, Level 2:
-LONG-RANGE SKEWER
-DEADLY ENHANCEMENT
-INCOMING!
