Distortion Should Not Gain Tokens In Chase

That's it. I was playing sadako with noted Very Good perk alien instinct last night and barely got any procs. Even as a killer with a substandard terror radius I couldn't burn thru the tokens because they just regenerate in chase.
They either shouldn't go up during chase or should accumulate much slower in chase. Stake out has this same caveat. Barring that just remove tokens and let it permanently block auras; the current effect is that anyway. Cut out the middleman.
