Weskers coat cloth physics have been broken since his killswitch last year

Hi, i have made this report before, and i will keep making it every patch until this issue is adressed.

On the picture you can see weskers broken cloth physics where his butt is. It is immersion breaking and was not present on release. This issue appeared after last summer's killswitch and has not been adressed since. Please try to resolve this.
