Revert Hemorrhage Nerf On Sloppy. Stop Nerfing M1 Killers.

The entire point of the mechanic and it's respective perks/addons is if you keep ontop of it, you can keep a survivor injured and it was actually something you needed to think about as to where/when to heal giving you alittle slowdown that these non-mobility killers desperately need. These changes completely delete that aspect of it. Mangled change was fine on the PTB and would make it harder to keep ontop of it. Making hemorrhage have a timer too is monumentally terrible as it's entire purpose is completely null since you will just remove the mechanic from doing nothing.

Why are you nerfing M1 killers who are literally the last killers who need nerfs? First is STBFL and now sloppy. Sloppy allowed you to consistently play an M1 killer (if done well) by keeping people injured and letting you go for multiple chases in a hit and run playstyle. Or build enough slowdown to actually gain some pressure without running 45 gen regression perks. At 90s on sloppy I'm not going to bother running it, I'll just tunnel off the hook. Why should I bother spreading pressure for it to disappear after 90s when I can just tunnel someone off hook, prevent them ever getting the second healthstate and make the team 25%-50% less efficient for most of the match?

Do you just want this game to be Nurse/Blight by daylight and tunnel off hook every single match? Why does seemingly every patch now also come with a global nerf to the weakest killers in the game while further encouraging you to just tunnel off hook? If you just did the changes to killers who already had the map pressure/anti-loop with their addons (like Nurse) then that would be fine, nerfing the perk that is only used on the non anti-loop, weakest killers in the game is beyond terrible.

Now the mechanic is like running blood echo without the most important aspect of the perk, the exhaustion.

It was most likely nerfed because in a lot of cases sloppy is just used to make tunneling even easier (which is still the case because it does not take 90 seconds to find the person who was unhooked). Also most people don’t necessarily choose to stay injured for 90 seconds so you will get the same value from mangled and you still can interrupt the heal for hemorrhage value.

If you're being tunneled off hook, then having mangled or not doesn't really matter.

Every killer nerf ends up with players saying they're gonna tunnel now. As though the majority were not doing it already.
