Mangled and Hemorrhage did not need a double nerf

Vigil does not need to effect these status effects. The nerf was unwarranted to begin with; they are healthy alternate slowdown to gen regression/delay perks. Survivors get to decide to stay injured, use their resilience or try and crank out a gen to hit adrenaline. It's a risk and an interesting one. Now you've made low tier killers even more reliant on gen perks. Huge mistake.

Nurse has add-on fragile wheeze which applies mangled on special attacks. She was easily most popular killer to run mangled on. Maybe Spirit with MDR is close second, so the change is definitely directed to top tier killers.

Nurse is hardly the most popular killer to run mangled. I get more blink recharge than that addon. The most popular killers were basic m1 killers. When's the last time you saw a wraith without Sloppy? Pig? Dredge? Come on.

Honestly only bleeding was a problem, and even that was more of a play feel issue than actual strength issue.

Nurse's mangled addon is insanely broken. Sloppy nurse is way too strong since she gets tags so freely and was a great perk before the mangled buffs even. Also recharge is long gone

If X Killer is too strong with Y add-on then they should nerf the ADD-ON instead of nerfing every Killer, including those that really don't need to struggle more, indirectly in an attempt to make the outlier manageable.

Sloppy Butcher was arguably the last good general and free Killer perk (NOED doesn't really count) since Surge became a licensed perk again when Stranger Things was brought back.
