So why is Plague still enabled while she's T-Posing and sliding around the map?

She's been like this for I wanna say roughly about 2~ months now and I'm shocked she hasn't been killswitched.
Half the time you can't even see her charging her power or even see her swing..? I hope it's fixed soon because it feels kinda broken when going against her.
